Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg, is a member of Region VII and Deanery 3 in the Diocese of Greensburg. Father Kenneth G. Zaccagnini, vicar forane and pastor of St. Barbara Parish, Harrison City, serves as the dean of Deanery 3.
